Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions about 10x15 Promotional Tent

Can I customize the graphics on all parts of the tent package?

Yes! Every component-including the canopy, back wall, side walls, flags, and table cover-can be fully customized with your colors, logos, and artwork. Each 9ft flag is also double-sided for complete visibility.

What materials and durability features does the tent have?

The canopy and walls are made from premium 600D polyester that is water-resistant, flame-retardant, and UV-coated. With a 40mm aluminum frame, the tent is wind-rated up to 40 km/h, and additional stability can be added with sandbags or stakes.

How easy is it to set up, transport, and replace parts?

The package includes carry bags for the frame, canopy, and flags for easy transport. Setup takes about 20 minutes with 2–3 people. If needed, individual parts like the canopy top, flags, or walls can be replaced or redesigned later.

What design, printing, and shipping support do you provide?

We offer FREE professional design services with limited mock-ups and revisions. Printing is done with dye-sublimation and UV-resistant inks, ensuring vivid, long-lasting colors. Plus, shipping is FREE within the continental U.S.
