Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions for 10x10 Custom Canopy Tent

What’s included in this tent package, and what materials are used?

The package includes a 40MM anodized aluminum frame, a fully printed canopy top, one full back wall, two half side walls with support bars, a canopy bag, and a canvas carry bag for the frame. All fabrics are 600D PU-coated polyester—water-resistant, UV-protected, and flame-retardant.

Can I customize the colors and designs?

Yes! The canopy, back wall, and half side walls can all be printed with your custom branding. We offer FREE artwork design, unlimited mock-ups, and Pantone color matching.

How strong is the frame, and is the tent easy to set up?

The 40MM anodized aluminum frame is strong, lightweight, and rust-resistant. The pop-up design allows tool-free setup and takedown by 1–2 people. Half walls come with support bars for stability.

Is the tent suitable for outdoor use, and does shipping cost extra?

Yes, it is wind-rated to withstand up to 40 km/h when properly secured with stakes and ropes. Shipping is FREE across the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
