Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions about 10x15 Trade Show Canopy Tent

Can I customize the walls, flags, and other components?

Yes! The tent comes with single-sided walls by default, but double-sided printing is available as an upgrade. All components - including canopy, walls, flags, and table cover - can be customized with your branding.

How durable and weather-resistant is the tent?

The canopy and walls are made from water-resistant PU-coated polyester, suitable for light rain. Flags attach securely with included brackets, and full or half walls allow for airflow while maintaining brand visibility.

How easy is the setup, transport, and replacement of parts?

The tent is lightweight and compact, with all components packed in portable bags for storage and transport. Setup is tool-free, and individual parts can be reordered or replaced separately.

What design and production support do you provide?

We provide free artwork design, limited revisions, and a 3D visual preview before printing. Production takes 5–6 business days, and shipping is free.
