We recommend using a vector program like Adobe Illustrator. This allows for clearer design elements and easier placement within our templates.

No design skills? No problem! Our expert team is here to help. Simply email us or reach out to your account manager. We will gladly assist you with artwork setup, free of charge.

Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Premium 20' Tent Package

What Is Part Of The Premium 20' Tent Package ?

The kit includes a 10x20 ft canopy tent with pyramid frame, custom-printed 10x20 ft. popup canopy top, full back wall to sit at the back of the booth space and tru-steel heavy-duty 40mm hex shape legs covered by leg-covers, and roller carry bag for easy portability. Side walls are sold separately.

Is the back wall customizable?

Yes – we can full print the back wall with your custom artwork using high-resolution dye-sublimation printing for vibrant and lasting graphics.

Can the tent be used outside?

Yes – the canopy and back wall are made from UV-protected, water-resistant polyester, while an aluminum frame is engineered to withstand the elements outside.

How hard is it to set up, and are side walls available later on?

No tools required, the setup is fast and easy; two people can set it up within 10–15 minutes due to the push-button telescopic frame. Side walls may be purchased separately and can be attached to the outside anytime.
