Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

This package comes with a 40mm heavy-duty metal frame, a fully custom-printed canopy top, two half side walls with support bars, a whole back wall, a stretch-style printed table cover, a frame carrying case, a canopy top bag, free design setup, and free shipping within Canada.

Is it possible to upgrade the tent frame?

Yes. For increased stability and longevity, you can switch from the 40mm aluminium frame to a stronger 50mm heavy-duty aluminium frame.

What kind of material are the walls and canopy made of?

Premium 600D PU-coated polyester, which is flame-retardant, waterproof, and UV-resistant (NFPA-701 & CPAI-84 compatible), is used to make all fabric components.
