  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.

  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.

Is it possible to upgrade the frame?

Yes. For added longevity and wind stability, you can upgrade to a 50mm heavy-duty aluminium frame for CAD $800, but the tent comes with a 40MM aluminium frame as standard.

How much time does it take to set up?

It is quick and tool-free to set up. The tent can be put together entirely in less than ten minutes with two people.

Which accessories are available as options?

The following accessories can be added to improve convenience and stability:
