Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

What is included in the 20 Personalised Canopy Tent?

High-resolution dye sublimation printing on 600D PU-coated polyester, three single-sided full-printed walls, a canopy top storage bag, a frame carrying bag, free artwork design setup, free 3D mockups, free shipping within Canada, and warranty coverage are all included in this package.

Can I have a stronger frame instead?

Yes. For CAD $1,050, you can upgrade to the 50mm heavy-duty aluminium frame. For outdoor events, this update offers better wind resistance and more durability.

Do the walls have single-sided or double-sided printing?

The provided walls are single-sided printed. If necessary, double-sided printing can be added as an extra upgrade.

What kind of material are the walls and canopy composed of?

Every fabric component is made using 600D PU-coated polyester — waterproof, UV-treated, and flame-resistant (NFPA-701 & CPAI-84 compliant).
