Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Standard 40mm aluminium frames are included with every tent. For CAD $1,050, you may upgrade to the 50mm heavy-duty aluminium frame, which offers better wind resistance and endurance.

What are the dimensions of the assembled tent?

Both frame options have the following dimensions when set up: 233.86" W × 118.11" D × 125.98"–134.64" H (height varies upon setting).

What is the height of clearance beneath the canopy?

Depending on the height option chosen, the clearance height (from the ground to the bottom of the canopy) can vary from 73.23" to 81.89".

To what extent is the tent portable?

Using the included carrying bag, the frame folds down to 16.37" W × 62.75" H × 9.37" D, making it simple to transfer and store.

What kind of material is used to make the frame?

Commercial-grade ABS nylon connectors and aluminium were used in the frame's engineering to provide strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight portability.
