Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions for Premium 20' Tent Package

Is the printing customizable and are the flags double-sided?

Yes – the canopy and walls use full-color dye-sublimation, and feather flags can be ordered single- or double-sided.

Can components be replaced and is transport easy?

All parts are modular and can be reordered individually. Each comes with its own carrying case for easy transport.

What wind conditions can the tent handle and are half walls secure?

The tent can withstand 30–40 km/h winds with proper staking. Rail bars are provided for secure half-wall installation.

What’s the production and shipping timeline, and is it suitable for indoor use?

Standard production is 5–7 business days, with shipping on top. The package is ideal for indoor events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
