Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Is it possible to upgrade the tent frame?

Yes. For CAD $800, a 50mm high-strength aluminium frame that is more durable and wind-resistant can be added to the conventional 40mm frame.

What kind of material is used to make the canopy?

600D PU-coated polyester, which is flame-retardant, UV-protective, and water-resistant (NFPA-701 & CPAI-84), is used to make the canopy.

What is the frame's exterior durability?

Wind resistance up to 25 mph (40 kph) with a 40mm frame

Wind resistance up to 37 mph (60 kph) with a 50mm frame

Which accessories are available as options?
