Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

How easy is the setup?

The tent can be assembled in less than 10 minutes by two people—no tools needed.

What accessories are available?

Tool options: (6) fillable sand bags (CAD $100), ground stakes & ropes (CAD $25), and a heavy-duty wheel bag (CAD $145).

What are the tent’s dimensions?

Dimensions assembled: 233.86 inch W x 125.98 inch - 134.64 inch H x 118.11 inch D, peak height: 73.23 inch - 81.89 inch.

Is the tent portable?

Yes, it’s 16.37” W x 62.75” H x 9.37” D and collapses down to there and includes carrying bags for storage and transportation.

What fabric is used?

The top is constructed from 600D PU polyester fabric with UV protection and is water-resistant and fire-retardant (NFPA-701, CPAI-84).

How wind-resistant is it?

When securely fastened, the 40mm frame withstands winds up to 25mph, and the 50mm frame stands its ground in winds up to 37mph.

Can I have my own logo and graphics printed?

Yes, the canopy is completely customizable thanks to our award-winning high-resolution dye sublimation printing.
