Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

What does the Package for the 20' Tent include?

A 40mm hexagonal aluminium frame, a fully customised canopy top, a frame carrying bag, a canopy storage bag, free 3D mockups and proofs, dye-sublimation printing on sturdy 600D PU polyester, free shipping within Canada, and warranty coverage—two years for the frame and one year for the fabric—are all included in this package.

Is it possible to upgrade the frame?
Yes. For CAD $800, you may upgrade to a 50mm aluminium frame that is stronger and of commercial quality.

Does this tent come with side walls?

No. Although they are not included, side walls are available for separate purchase.

Which accessories are offered?

Among the optional extras are:

Six sandbags for $100

Ground stakes and ropes: $25

$145 for a heavy-duty wheeled transport bag

What is the material with which the canopy is made?

Canopy is constructed of puncture- and water-resistant 600D PU polyester with UV protection and meets CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 fire-resistance standards.

How much wind can it handle?

The 40mm frame handles winds up to 25mph, and the 50mm frame can manage up to 37mph if you add some weights or stakes to hold it down.

What type of printing method is used for customizing?

Vibrantly printed with dye sublimation graphics.

What type of events can I use this tent for?
