Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

What is included in Package for the 20' Tent?

A 40mm aluminum frame, a full back wall that is printed on one side, a fully printed 10x20 canopy top, a fully printed 6ft stretch-style table cover, a canopy top bag, a frame carrying bag, free artwork setup, free 3D mockups, free shipping within Canada, warranty coverage, and high-resolution dye sublimation printing are all included in this package.

Can I have a stronger frame instead?

Yes. For greater durability and wind resistance, you can upgrade to the 50mm heavy-duty aluminum frame (upgrade available for CAD $1,050).

Does the table cover come with it?

Yes. To complete your professional setup, the package includes a 6ft stretch-style 4-sided table cover with a custom-branded design.

What kind of material are the walls and canopy made of?

Everything is printed.
