Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

What does the 10x20 tent include?

A 40mm aluminium frame, an entirely printed canopy top, carrying bags, a free artwork design with an unlimited number of proofs, and free shipping to any location in Canada are all included in the package.

Is it possible to upgrade the frame?

Yes. For an extra CAD $800, you may upgrade to a 50MM heavy-duty aluminium frame for increased wind resistance and endurance.

Are there walls in the tent?

Walls are optional and can be bought separately to improve branding or offer additional weather protection.

Which accessories are offered?

Sandbags: CAD $100 (6 × 18 kg)

Ropes and ground stakes: $25 CAD

CAD $145 for a sturdy wheeled transport bag

What kind of material is used to make the canopy?

The 600D PU-coated polyester used to make the canopy is flame-retardant, water-resistant, and UV-protected (NFPA-701 & CPAI-84 compliant). 

How weather-resistant is the frame?

40MM frame: wind resistance up to 25 mph (40 kph)

50MM frame: wind resistance up to 37 mph (60 kph)

Is the setup complicated?

No. The pop-up frame requires no tools and can be set up in minutes. It is adjustable to multiple heights for convenience.

How is the canopy printed?

The dye-sublimation printing process produces vibrant, long-lasting, full-colour graphics that resist fading, peeling, or cracking.

How portable is the tent?

The frame collapses to 16.37" W × 62.75" H × 9.37" D, and carrying bags are included for easy storage and transport.
