The package comes with a fully printed 10×20 canopy top, made of premium 600D PU-coated polyester.
Note: The frame is not included. This top is designed to fit most standard 10×20 pop-up tent frames.

How do I submit my artwork or logo?
You can upload your design files during checkout or email them after placing an order. Free design support, limited mockups, and a 3D preview are included before production.
How long does it take before one receives the custom canopy?
Production takes 5 business days after your artwork is approved.
Most orders arrive in 7–8 business days throughout Canada.

Are the canopy tops adequate for all-weather use?
Absolutely, our waterproof and UV-resistant canopy tops are also fire-retardant, meeting NFPA-701 and CPAI-84 safety standards, hence reliable for year-round outdoor conditions.

Yes, full-color dye-sublimation printing using Pantone color matching is utilized for crisp, vibrant, high-resolution graphics anywhere on the canopy.
Which frame styles do your 10×20 tops fit?
All of our canopy tops are compatible with most 10×20 aluminum frames, including both 40mm and 50mm hexagonal frames.
If your frame is a custom size, just provide the exact measurements, and we will adjust the top accordingly.
How should I clean the canopy top?
Clean using a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals, as this will help preserve the integrity of the fabric, coating, and printed graphics.
