Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. Please note that production times do not commence from the order placement; they only begin once print proofs have been approved.

AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that signagebuzz.ca cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

From where will my order be shipping?

Your order will be manufactured and shipped out of the closest facility to your shipping address for a quicker turnaround time and lower shipping costs. Our manufacturing facilities include California, Pennsylvania, and Texas, as well as our general headquarters based in California.

Can I come to the facility and get my product?

Yes! Local pickup is offered only from our California facility. If you prefer to pick up your order, then you can select the pickup option during checkout

What are the graphic inserts made from?

The graphic inserts are printed on 4mm white Coroplast (plastic corrugated) inserts with full-color UV direct printed graphics, which create bright and rich color matte finish graphics for long-lasting durability.

How many graphic inserts will I receive with my sign?

You can choose either one or two single-sided graphics, depending on whether you prefer a single or double-sided sign.

Is the Simposign II resistant to all kinds of weather?

Yes. The housing features a hollow core that can be filled with either sand or water to enhance the weight for outdoor situations, which is beneficial in Canadian weather conditions.

What type of file format should I provide for my artwork?

We will accept high-resolution files (150 dpi or greater) in standard formats such as PDF, AI, EPS, or JPG. These formats will give you the best quality when printing large-format graphics.
