Design Template & Instruction

Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Shipping & Return

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

How many devices will the Charging Tower charge at a time?

The Formulate Charging Tower can charge up to 16 at a time – 8 Android devices via Micro USB connectors, and eight iPhones and iPads with Apple Lightning connectors.

Is the Charging Tower backlit?

Yes. The tower comes with groundbreaking internal LED lights that create a bright glow like never before, to display your pillowcase fabric graphic wrap.

Is the header and fabric wrap customizable?

Absolutely. You can customise with full colour graphics both the round canopy and fabric wrap of the tower, so you are sure everybody knows who your company is.

Is the Charging Tower easy to assemble?

Yes. The light-weight aluminium frame is quick and easy to set up via a simple spigot assembly system with no tools required.

What colours can I choose for the tabletop and base?

The thermoform base and countertop come in one of four finishes – Silver, Black, Mahogany or Natural so that you can match the tower to your event or brand aesthetic.

Is this Charging Tower suitable for trade shows?

Yes. It is great for heavy traffic areas as it can be used at trade shows, retail events, exhibits and promotional purposes.
