Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that SignageBuzz cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

What is included in the Monopole Flag Display Set?

Each kit includes a rugged aluminum monopole, one custom-printed single OR double-sided flag, your base choice (steel ground stake or crossbase with/ water ballast), and a handy travel bag for all the components.

Is the flag single or double-sided?

You have the option of back printing or printing on both sides. As we go from house to garden and back again for our celebration, each flag is bonded to a strong, tear-proof, woven polyester microfibre fabric with vivid sublimation inks and will not fade or dull, even if you use them outdoors.

What base options are available?

Ground Spike: Perfect for using on the grass, sand, and snow.

Cross Base Water Bag: For use on hard or flat indoor or outdoor surfaces.

How easy is it to set up?

Install and removal are done in seconds and without tools. The Embassy flagpole's installation requires only plugging the sections together, sliding the flag over, and locking it into place with an included set screw.

Can the flag be reused?

Yes, absolutely. Both the flag and stand are built for long-lasting use, again and again. You can order refill flags any time without having to buy a whole kit again.

Is a carry bag included?

Yes. Every kit comes with a handy water-resistant polyester carry bag that has heavy-duty stitching and a zippered pocket for portable compact storage and protection.

Is the flag made for outdoor use?

Yes. The materials are all weather-friendly and can be used outdoor. But we do suggest bringing the flag indoors in weather conditions that may affect such as heavy rain, snow, or freezing temperatures, when not displaying.
