Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Our indoor banners are made from 6.8 oz . Premium polyester fabric. The fabric is extremely lightweight, wrinkle resistant, and prints with great quality. This premium material has a very soft, professional quality, which is really nice for all indoor displays.

What sizes are available?

We have both standard and custom sizes available for your area! Here are some standard sizes you can choose from:

What is the print method?

Are these banners suitable for outdoor use?

These banners are designed for indoor use. The premium polyester material is durable and water-resistant, but it is not intended for continuous exposure to the elements outside

Can the banners be washed and reused?

Yes — the banners may be machine washed in cold water. They can be reused multiple times without fading, cracking or damage. To care for your banner, air dry flat or hang to prevent wrinkles.

What is the method of packaging and shipping the banners? 

Banners are packaged by folding or rolling them into a protective sleeve or box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are ready for display. 

Do you offer design services? 

Yes, you can upload your own artwork, or we can work together with our team of professional designers to provide a custom banner based on your brand or event theme.
