Usage Instructions

Hanging Rope Installation Methods

U-clamps can adjust the hanging rope. Two-Way Connection. The display is 2 meters from the ceiling, providing both unparalleled stability and safety – this preset is recommended. If you need to hang more than 3.5m to 4m, you can switch to a one-direction connection. Moreover, you can also buy our hanging ropes separately if you need another installation option.

Based Hanging Sign Installation Requirements

To get the best display performance, stability, and safety, please follow the installation instructions according to the size of your hanging sign:

For signs less than 20ft: single-point angle hung for balance and visibility.

For A 20ft SWOOPER sign or larger, use a multi-point Vertical Stand for THAT SIZE swooper Full Sleeve Pole style sign to ensure the best results.

Note: Make sure the place you would like to hang this light is under the structural and clearance requirements of the recommended hanging method.

Ceiling Mounting Precautions

When installing a ceiling-mounted sign, make sure the ceiling has strong and secure attachment points to support the sign safely. The installer should provide the appropriate mounting accessories required for these attachment points.

Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Notice: For the custom-size products, you can just upload your artwork when placing the order and our artwork person will help you set up the template.

AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Does the hardware come with a graphic?

Yes! Each kit includes all items pictured, as well as a vibrant full-color dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic that conveniently collapses with the frame and stores in the provided soft carrying case.

What is the graphic made of?

Graphics are printed on 240g wrinkle-free, flame-retardant tension fabric with optimal light absorption, and are made to have high-quality prints using top-quality dye sublimation technology.

Can these graphics later be updated or replaced?

Absolutely. The fabric graphics are completely customizable, so you can update your messaging or branding for next year's event without having to buy another frame.

How is the sign displayed at trade shows or expos?

Assembly is straightforward: the aluminum frame pieces snap together via numbered posts, and the pillowcase-style graphic slides over the frame and then zips at its base. Standard hanging hardware is included, but ceiling height limits and rigging issues at your venue may necessitate further preparation.

Is this trade show display for indoor conventions in Canada?

Yes. The 240g flame-resistant tension fabric meets NFPA 701 standards and also meets Canadian indoor fire safety regulations. Certificates are available upon request.
