At SignageBuzz, we are dedicated to providing new, high-quality hardware products that meet customer expectations. Every order is inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure perfect condition upon arrival.
Return Eligibility & Window
Only hardware products in new, unused condition are eligible for returns.
Custom printed products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their personalized nature.
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee & Return Condition
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds on returned hardware items.
Returned products must be in their original condition and unused to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 20 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed products and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of manufacturing errors or damage during delivery.
Any product that has been used, customized incorrectly by the customer, or altered is ineligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
Additional Terms
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The final decision for refund eligibility and amount will be made by SignageBuzz, in line with the above policy.
