Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. Please note that production times do not commence from the order placement; they only begin once print proofs have been approved.
AFTER PLACING THE ORDER
Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.
Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Why do I need Sandbags for Inflatable Arches and Pillars?
Sandbags offer added stability for inflatable arches, pillars, tents and other displays—particularly useful on hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt or indoors on solid floors where ground stakes can't be used. They make sure your inflatables are stable and standing high.
How heavy is each sandbag?
Each empty sand bag chair weighs about 1.1 lb (0,5 kg) and is to be filled with sand or gravel for function use as a counterweight base weight to offset your inflatable displays on the ground.
Can sandbags be used indoors?
Yes! They're perfect for trade shows, retail store displays, and school gyms or other indoor venues. They prevent your inflatables from toppling over and damaging floors or surfaces.
Are sandbags reusable?
Absolutely. Constructed with a heavy-duty 600D polyester material and fitted with a PVC-coated exterior, sandbags can be emptied, folded and reused for years of different events.
Can sandbags withstand Canadian weather?

How MANY of these sandbags do I need PER 1 inflatable?
For small to medium inflatable items, it is suggested that 2-4 sandbags per anchor point are used. With larger arches, tents or pillars of 6 – 8 sandbags will ensure maximum stability, especially on hard ground.
Are sandbags easy to transport?
Absolutely. Empty sandbags are very lightweight and flat. Before use, you can take empty ones in your car (save space) from the event site to the next event.
Can sandbags be put on top of the buckle and strap loops?
Yes. Sandbags are a perfect complement with tie downs or loops on tents, gazebos, and trampolines in order to provide more stability.
