Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that SignageBuzz cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

How easy is it to set up?

Setup is quick and hassle-free. The tool-free assembly powers on with push-button snaps powered by a snap-frame system, and the graphic attaches to the frame using ultra-snug, zipper-sealed pillowcase graphics—it's as easy to use as setting up a sleeping bag: you need one person and 5-10 minutes.

What material is the graphic printed on?

The graphic is dye-sublimated on super poly knit fabric. Tension Fabric: A two-piece 3" diameter anodized aluminum tubing, with snap button and shock cord construction. Easy to store and ship. Weighs 4 lbs.

Is a carrying bag included?

Yes, each banner stand includes 1 heavy-duty step canvas bag for portability and protection.

Is this banner stand suitable for outdoor use?

The stand is most suitable for indoor use. It can ideally be used outdoor for short periods in fair weather, but please DON'T!!! Let the Balloon Fly In Strong Wind or Rain.

Is double-sided printing an option?

Yes, it is double-sided graphics sold separately to attract attention from a long distance.

Is the fabric graphic washable?

Absolutely. Machine wash in cold water and use a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Best to air dry so the graphic stays fresh.

There will be no wrinkles or stretching on the fabric?

No, when installed correctly, the graphic remains smooth and free of wrinkles thanks to the tension fabric's stretching quality.

Can I order replacement graphics?

Yes, brand new replacement graphics are sold separately if you want to keep your frame and change the design.
