AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. The lightweight yet sturdy frame is made from high-quality aluminum, designed for durability and repeated use at various events or venues.

Is the stand portable and collapsible?

Yes. The telescopic aluminum frame easily extends and collapses through four adjustable segments, secured with flip locks and twist mechanisms for quick setup and takedown. It's portable and lightweight, about 18–21 lbs, including the soft carry bag, making it simple for one person to transport and assemble. Optional wind stabilizers or sandbags can be used for added outdoor stability.

Is it outdoor-friendly and reusable?

Although it's mainly intended for indoor use, it can also be used outdoors in calm weather. For windy conditions, sandbags or stabilizing weights are recommended. The tension fabric is reusable and machine washable—hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry to maintain longevity and color quality.
