Shipping Costs & Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Customers in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii should reach out for specific shipping estimates. For orders below $500, shipping fees vary based on weight, destination, and other factors.
Important Delivery Information
Tent orders: Frames and canopy tops are shipped separately, each with a unique tracking number.
Custom-printed products: Once the design is approved, production and packaging are completed quickly, with delivery times depending on the courier.
Signature Requirement:Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If unavailable, the package may be left at the front door.
Additional Notes
Orders with multiple shipping addresses must be placed separately.
In-stock items purchased before 3:00 PM PST will ship the same day, while those processed later will ship the next business day.
Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be placed on hold for verification.
Return Policy
We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date.
