Terms of Service

Welcome to SignageBuzz, offering products and services for creating and managing indoor and outdoor displays, booths, canopy tents, custom tents with logos, flags, and signage for sales and marketing (collectively referred to as the “Products”). Access to this website and our services is conditional on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices outlined below (“Terms of Service”). By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

These Terms apply to both individual users and representatives of organizations. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. The terms “you” and “your” refer to that entity and its affiliates.
 If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use this website or our services.

1.2. By registering for our services, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information as requested. We handle your registration data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.3. We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the current Terms periodically.

1.4. Certain services may be subject to additional terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.5. Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your services, account deactivation, and/or legal action.

1.6. Services provided by third parties (such as warehousing or logistics) require separate agreements with those providers. SignageBuzz is not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions by third-party providers.

Production Time

Production for canopy tents, flags, table covers, booths, and signage begins on the first business day after artwork approval, excluding shipping time. Product-specific timelines may vary. Rush services are available for an additional fee if you require production sooner than the standard 6–10 business days.

Rush Orders

Expedited production is subject to a non-refundable rush fee of 20% or more. While we make every effort to meet rush deadlines, we cannot guarantee graphic quality when only one production run is possible. If graphics are defective after use, they will be reprinted at 50% of the standard price.

Printed Graphics

Please submit artwork with adequate lead time to ensure the best print quality. Our Graphics Department reviews all submitted artwork and will notify you if any changes are needed. You may make these changes yourself or request our department’s assistance for an additional fee.
Once approved, you will receive a PDF proof within one business day, which must be approved before production begins.
 E-proofs confirm placement and size only, not colour accuracy. Printed colour proofs are available for an additional fee. Production typically begins 3–10 business days after approval (not upon artwork submission).

Color Matching

We offer PMS colour matching for $50 per colour, using CMYK printing on both coated and uncoated materials. While we strive for accuracy, an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed. Ordering a printed proof is recommended to confirm satisfaction.

Artwork Requirements

All artwork submitted must be fully approved and print-ready. SignageBuzz is not responsible for inaccuracies in client-provided or “pre-designed” artwork.

Reordering and Color Variations

Minor colour variations may occur in reorders due to differences in ink or material batches.

File Specifications

Files that do not meet bleed specifications may require a border for proper printing. RGB files will be converted to CMYK, which can cause slight colour shifts.

File Submission

We accept artwork submissions via email or through our website.

Ownership of Artwork

1. Client-Provided Materials: You retain ownership of all images you provide. Any use of SignageBuzz-owned images requires our written permission.
2. SignageBuzz Images: We may photograph completed projects for promotional use.
3. Artwork Ownership: SignageBuzz retains ownership of all graphic design elements until artwork rights are purchased. After purchase, we retain rights to general design elements such as typography or patterns.
4. Limited Use of Services: Our services are project-specific and cannot be reused for other promotional materials without written consent.
5. Reproduction Rights: Full payment grants you reproduction rights for the final approved design.
6. Showcasing Artwork: You grant SignageBuzz permission to display created artwork on our website, limited to you or those you authorize.

After Payment

Once a valid payment is received, we will promptly deliver your artwork. We retain a copy for up to one year from the order date.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse printing of any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material.

Client Acknowledgements

Clients acknowledge that SignageBuzz and its affiliates are not liable for damages resulting from accidental copyright infringement or unauthorized use of trade names, slogans, or images. Clients warrant that all materials submitted are owned or properly licensed.

Errors

Client Errors and Liability:

• The client is financially responsible for errors discovered in their job after printing. In such cases, full compensation must be paid to SignageBuzz.
• SignageBuzz's liability for printing errors in the client's artwork is limited to a single reprint within one week of the client's claim.
• To qualify for a reprint, the client must submit a written or email claim within three business days of receiving the job.

SignageBuzz's Limitations of Liability:

• SignageBuzz is not liable for any damages beyond the cost of a reprint as specified above. This includes general, consequential, or special damages resulting from the error.
• SignageBuzz is not liable for failing to print a job due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Examples include floods, fires, riots, strikes, holidays, material shortages, government orders, transportation issues, illness, natural disasters, or any other unforeseeable cause.
• In such cases, this agreement will be suspended until printing becomes possible again. The terms will then be extended for a comparable period to accommodate the delay. Neither party will be held liable for damages arising from this suspension.

Shipping Methods

We use reputable carriers for all shipments. Please provide a physical delivery address, as we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Production time does not include transit time.

Time Critical Orders

If your order is time-sensitive, please specify your event date at checkout. We will contact you regarding any additional costs for expedited shipping.

Shipping Damage

Report any damaged products within three business days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage for claim processing. Insured shipments will be expedited for replacement or repair due to shipping mishandling.

Missing Parts

Verify your shipment against the packing list upon receipt. Report any missing items within five business days.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for missed event dates due to carrier delays; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 business days for unused, non-custom products and graphic prints. Returns are subject to a restocking and return fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Cancelled orders are subject to fees. Custom or printed orders may incur costs for work completed up to the cancellation point.

Warranty Information

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. Shipping-related damage covered by us is limited to transportation we arrange.

Warranty Terms

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage within three business days. Warranty coverage typically lasts 1–3 years, depending on the product.

Warranty: SignageBuzz warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a reasonable period of time under normal use. This warranty covers general wear and tear and ensures repair or replacement for qualifying product failures.

What's Not Covered: This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper handling, failure to follow user instructions, destruction, loss, theft, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, or natural disasters. SignageBuzz reserves the right to determine the cause of damage and the appropriate warranty response in case of disputes.

Warranty Period

SignageBuzz warrants its hardware against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee your products will arrive in new, fully operational condition. However, warranty coverage for specific functionalities may vary. Please refer to the respective product page for the warranty duration, which typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the chosen item.

Standard Warranty

Experience a product issue within the warranty period? Contact our customer service team for help. They'll ask some questions to understand the problem and find the best solution. If your product needs to be returned, you'll have 10 days after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to send it back to SignageBuzz.

Out of Warranty

If your product fails outside of the warranty period, please contact us for repair or replacement options.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright and belongs to SignageBuzz. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, or modification requires written permission.

You may electronically copy or print portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order or purchasing SignageBuzz products. Downloading or printing materials for personal, non-commercial use, or for placing an order, is also permitted, unless otherwise restricted.

Any other use, such as reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of website content, is strictly prohibited without SignageBuzz's written permission. Additionally, altering or removing ownership notices from downloaded materials is not allowed.

Limitation of Liability

SignageBuzz is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products. Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations, so this clause may not apply in all cases.

Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to cancel any order with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors. A full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.

Termination

These Terms apply while you are visiting our site, registering, or making a purchase. We may terminate access at any time without notice. Provisions relating to copyrights, trademarks, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive termination.

Notice

We may contact you via email, general website notices, or other reliable means using the contact information you provide.

Miscellaneous

All claims or actions related to the use of this website must be filed within one year. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our rights. We may assign our rights and obligations under this agreement without prior notice.
 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Use of Site

Users are prohibited from engaging in harassment, impersonation, defamation, or unauthorized commercial solicitation. Any illegal behaviour will not be tolerated.

Participation Disclaimer

We do not review all user-generated content and are not responsible for its accuracy. We reserve the right to remove objectionable content at our discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignageBuzz, its affiliates, and employees from any losses, expenses, damages, or costs resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
