Assembly Instructions

1. Stand the Screen Upright.

2. Bring the two panels together, folding horizontally.

3. Keep a firm grip in the middle of the frame with both hands, then pull the two sides together while pressing the top of the Pop-Up down.

4. Keep a firm grip, twist the top of the upper panel over to the middle and fold the outer section underneath the middle of the upper panel.

5. Adjust the three panels until they are even and holding tight. Quickly place in the carrying bag.

6. Zip and complete.

Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

To determine your In-Hand Date, simply combine your chosen Production Lead Time with the corresponding Transit Time listed below. If this date doesn't meet your needs, please contact our team at Phone Number. We can discuss upgrading to our expedited Priority (2-3 Days) Shipping to ensure a faster delivery.

Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. Please note that production times do not commence from the order placement; they only begin once print proofs have been approved.

AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that SignageBuzz.ca cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

Frequently Asked Questions about Tower Pop-Up Banner

Is the Tower Pop Up Banner suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. All banners come with ground stakes for easy outdoor placement. That said, we do suggest only doing so in fair weather, as it can be blown around in strong gusts.

Is the banner double-sided?

Absolutely! The Tower Popup is double-sided, which means you can use the same or different designs for maximum exposure.

How is the banner assembled?

Setup takes just seconds. The patented spring-steel frame automatically pops open — no tools needed. Just remove it from the carry bag, unfold it, and the base pops open by itself, and you only need to put in the stakes if you are using for outdoor.

Can I change the graphic at a later date?

Graphics are an inlaid hybrid, meaning the graphics are sewn directly into the fabric to ensure they won't scratch or fade. The frame is reusable new printed banner would need to be ordered if you wish to update the design.

What type of material is the graphic made it?

Your artwork is dye-sublimated on super poly knit fabric. Olly fer that won't fade or wash out, and is ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor use!

Is a carrying bag included?

Yes. Every Tower Pop Up Banner comes with a soft carry bag for convenient transportation and storage.

How much does it weigh?

The entire banner system (blade or printed fabric, stand, and carry bag) is between 4.5-5.2lbs (2–2.4kg).
