Assembly Instructions

1. Stand the Screen Upright.

2. Bring the two panels together, folding horizontally.

3. Keep a firm grip in the middle of the frame with both hands, then pull the two sides together while pressing the top of the Pop-Up down.

4. Keep a firm grip, twist the top of the upper panel over to the middle and fold the outer section underneath the middle of the upper panel.

5. Adjust the three panels until they are even and holding tight. Quickly place in the carrying bag.

6. Zip and complete.

Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that SignageBuzz.ca cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

Is the banner double-sided?

Yes! Both sides of the Vertical Pop Up Banner are printed. Feature the same or different image on each side for additional impact and exposure.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, with care. The banner is designed for light outdoor use and includes ground stakes. But on a windy day, we advise that you add weights or position it in a sheltered area for added steadiness.

How is it set up?

Setup is instant. The steel frame, spring-loaded and preassembled, pops open as soon as it’s taken out of the carry bag; there are no tools or assembly needed. Just unfold, fasten, and show.

Can I update the fabric graphic on a later date?

Unfortunately, no. The printed fabric is stretched on a frame (Tubing) and secured in place using rubber grommets, ensuring that the fabric remains stretched tight with no wrinkles or creases. And if you want refreshed artwork down the road, you’ll need to produce another banner.

Can it be applied to hard surfaces such as tile or concrete?

Absolutely. The frame can stand on a flat surface vertically. Sandbags or small weights for more support in windy conditions (included).
