Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms

• You have 5 business days from the date of delivery to report any shipping damage. Reports made after this period will be handled under our standard warranty process.
• SignageBuzz guarantees the quality and performance of its products when used as intended and in accordance with the product manual. 
• Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and includes repair or replacement for manufacturing issues. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, failure to follow instructions, loss, theft, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, or natural disasters. 
• SignageBuzz reserves the right to inspect products and determine the appropriate resolution for any warranty claim.

Warranty Period

SignageBuzz warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the invoice date under normal use and conditions within Canada.

If a valid defect occurs within this period, SignageBuzz will repair the product or replace it with a refurbished or equivalent model at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for expedited shipping, insurance, or any customs-related expenses, if applicable.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage from improper or unintended use.
• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, scuffs, or fading.
• Shipping damage not reported within 5 business days.
• Damage from natural events such as fire, floods, lightning, or windstorms.
• Delayed reporting of defects or failure to prevent further damage.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories.
• Electrical issues caused by improper power sources.
• Damage to connectors, cables, or cosmetic damage caused by the customer.
• Products with altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers.

Standard Warranty Procedure

1. Contact the SignageBuzz Customer Service Team for assistance. Our team will review your case and provide the appropriate solution.
2. If a return is authorized, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued.
3. Products approved for return must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the RMA. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Out of Warranty

SignageBuzz is committed to your signage success, even beyond the warranty. If your product experiences a malfunction after the warranty period, don’t worry! Contact our technical support team, and they will help diagnose the issue and provide repair options with transparent pricing.
